The bread is completely up to you - try something new each time. I used Udi's g-free multi-grain hamburger buns this time, and have also used Udi's g-free hot dog buns and Udi's g-free multi-grain bread. I like the consistency of the hamburger buns best. It probably would taste just as delicious over rice. I found the original recipe in an old issue of Anyone Can Cook magazine, and adapted it as follows:
