Gluten free pasta noodles have come a long way since 2010. I enjoy Barilla gluten free pasta, as it’s available in so many grocery stores, and offers varieties including: spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, rotini, elbows, and oven-ready lasagne. They’re certified gluten free, made with non-GMO ingredients, and are deliciously made of a corn and rice blend. Additionally, whenever I’m in italian grocery stores/restaurants I pick up their gluten free pastas to try. By staying curious and exploring, I’ve found delicious options/brands in so many places!
