Meat
Meat (beef, chicken, pork) is naturally gluten-free, however any time preservatives are added, you’ll need to double check it remains gluten free. I prepare the meat recipe within a day to avoid as many histamines as possible, and always freeze leftovers that night. Any ground beef I use is organic, which is easily found in grocery stores now as well as Costco. Grass fed is always the preference, however we make our purchases by what we can afford… always keeping our eyes out for a good sale.
Italian Sausage Grinders – gluten free
I love a warm meal w/ grilled sweet bell peppers and onions, and these Italian Sausage Grinders made w/ Framani’s are sweeeet to the stomach. Easy to make, easy to enjoy!
Mediterranean Chicken Pasta – gluten free
A different idea on pasta – change up a boring spaghetti dish by adding chicken and veggies.
Beef Lettuce Wraps – gluten free
Make your own lettuce wraps at home – better than in restaurants, and healthier, too. Skip the preservatives and use fresh ingredients. Your stomach will thank you ;o).
